KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) Information Notice
1. Identity of the Data Controller
As PeopleHub (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), we process your personal data within the framework outlined below in our capacity as the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data will be processed by our Company for the purposes of enabling you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, carrying out the necessary work by our business units to deliver these products and services, determining and implementing our Company’s commercial and business strategies, and ensuring the execution of our Company’s human resources policies.
3. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred, in line with the above-mentioned purposes, to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals, in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
4. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through various channels and on different legal grounds. These legal grounds include the performance of a contract, fulfillment of the data controller’s legal obligation, necessity for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, among others.
5. Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the KVKK
As personal data subjects, you may convey your requests concerning your rights to our Company using the methods specified below. Our Company will conclude the request free of charge within the shortest time possible, and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee will be charged based on the tariff determined by the Board. In this context, personal data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Request information if their personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom their personal data has been transferred,
- Request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the actions taken pursuant to (d) and (e) above,
- Object to the processing of personal data exclusively through automated systems that result in a negative outcome for the individual,
- Request compensation for the damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.
